Specifications include, but are not limited to: During the term of the contract, the awarded bidder and its employees or subcontractors (“Applicator”) will maintain current and valid ND Commercial Pesticide Training Certification(s) in proper categories to provide the services described herein. Pesticide Certification in the categories of Ground Core and Home, Industrial & Institutional are required. All Pest Control Services (“Services”) will be performed in a professional manner and will be guaranteed effective. Only National Guard Bureau approved pesticides may be used on National Guard properties. A list of approved pesticides is attached hereto as Attachment C. Updated lists are published every October 30th. A written request to add a product to the list can be submitted one time per year by September 1st of each calendar year. Pesticides and pest control materials used under this contract must conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Applicator must apply all pesticides in accordance with instructions provided by EPA approved pesticide label and in amounts necessary to complete the application service. Applicator will properly manage all empty pesticide containers. Applicator will properly and timely complete application records prior to leaving the work location and provide NDARNG facility manager with a copy of the application records. A copy of the application record must also be emailed to the Purchasing Agency. The email address for the application record for each location will be provided after award. Pest Control: Contractor / Applicator will furnish all labor, chemicals, equipment, and other supplies normally used to carry out an effective pest control program for the interior and exterior of specified buildings. The Pest Control Service shall provide protection for and against all insects & bugs, rodents (to include but not limited to voles, mice, rats, gophers, moles) and any other pest-related problems in accordance with industry norms and standards as specified herein. Services will also include the placement of mouse/rat bait in all supply rooms, maintenance bays and storage areas where mice/rats can hide.
