Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commission looking for a 100% cloud based phone system that does not need any equipment on-site and/or trunking besides normal Internet connection. Features and functions must allow for Virtual and Remote work along with physical phone options. We currently have Polycom 331, Polycom 321, Polycom 650’s with expanded modules and an ATA call box. If your solution does not support these types of phones, you may recommend a phone at no charge for replacement. These existing Polycom phones are configured for Ring Central and will need to be reconfigured by your technicians if another provider is chosen. One important REQUIRED detail is that during the year, we increase our number of active phones from our standard 90 lines/phones to sometimes over 140 active phones. Each of these additional lines/phones can be active for up to 4 months (June-September) while preparing and hosting the Indiana State Fair. Once the Fair is over, we will reduce the number of phones back to our standard 90 lines for the remaining year. We require that the vendor allow us the flexibility on increasing/decreasing lines/phones during this time. We understand the additional phones will have charges associated with them, but this increase will not change our standard 90 lines as our flat year-round contracted devices.
