Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide resident project representative (RPR) to perform onsite constructioninspection and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations andcontract specifications.2.Attend construction related project meetings including pre-construction meeting,progress meetings, and project close-out or final walk thru inspection meetings.3.Complete and maintain daily inspection reports to include Contractor/Sub-Contractorpersonnel and equipment onsite, weather/site conditions, Critical Item of Work,Construction Activities completed for the day, Materials delivered to site, MaterialsTesting performed, Contractor working hours for the day, and any Field Notes.4.Complete and maintain weekly construction summary report submitted weekly toowner and Engineer.5.Complete and maintain Status of Contract Time Report that includes an accuratecalendar day count submitted weekly to owner and Engineer.6.Complete and maintain Summary of Quantity Report that includes overview summaryof all quantities installed and material stored on-site to date and submit report weeklyto owner and Engineer.
