Specifications include, but are not limited to: Doña Ana County is requesting proposals from Architectural firms licensed in New Mexico to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services for Doña Ana County. The awarded contractor shall provide the requested services on an as needed basis. The types of disciplines shall include: Architectural; Mechanical Engineering; and Electrical Engineering. The requested services shall be for new construction of County buildings, including metal buildings and remodel, renovations, upgrades and repairs of County own buildings. The County owned buildings include but not limited to: Dona Ana County Judicial Complex, Public Health Center, Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Building, and the Dona Ana County Government Complex; County Detention Center; County Community Centers; Fire Stations; Fleet Building; Roads Building; Animal Control Building; Vector Control Building; Fair Grounds Buildings, Flood Commission Building, Clerk’s Building, Fire Department & Resource and Training Center and Sheriff Sub-Stations.
