Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CIP skid will be used to clean an assortment of equipment and vessels less than 4-1/2 ft in diameter, and line circuits no greater than 2” in diameter. At the CIP skid, different cleaning solutions (acid, basic and rinse waters) are prepared, heated and delivered to the use point via flexible hoses. Heating is accomplished using an electric heater and provided to the final destination point using a sanitary centrifugal CIP supply pump. A sanitary eductor is then used to return CIP solutions to the CIP skid. Divert valves are provided at the CIP skid to allow for solutions to be returned to the CIP skid tank for recirculation steps or to be sent directly to the drain on pre-rinse steps. Filtered compressed air is provided for air blow down steps to provide expedited draining of the CIP supply line.
