Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide and install an interactive wall mounted short throw projector and align to the painted surface on the wall. Vendor will provide and install twelve 42-inch monitors on wall mounts. One will be mounted at each huddle station with base of monitor in line with tabletop, and the other monitor immediately above the first monitor. One monitor will be for local student collaboration and the other will be for teacher presentation. Vendor will provide a Mersive wireless presentation device at each huddle station to allow for the four people seated at the huddle station to present to the local display. These six sources will connect to a matrix switcher over a Crestron HDMI DM extension system. Vendor will provide an auto switching input at the instructor station with HDMI and audio over DM to the matrix video switcher and USB for connectivity for the interactive projector. All of the inputs in the room will connect to the matrix switcher and then feed the thirteen displays with HDMI over DM to the receivers at the displays. This setup will allow for each of the huddle stations to be shown on their local display or to be routed to any display by the instructor including the projector. Any of the eight input sources are routable to any of the thirteen displays. Vendor will provide a sound system in the room consisting of an amplifier and six ceiling speakers. The room sound will follow the source that is feeding the projector. Vendor will provide a control system in the room to ease in operation. The control system will be a Crestron processor and a Crestron 10 inch tabletop touch panel at the instructor station. Control will include power on and off the displays, source selection to the displays and volume level of the projector source. The system will be set to start up at a default status with each station Mersive device being routed to the local display and one of the instructor inputs being routed to the projector and lower displays. There will be a routing page to allow for routing any of the 8 sources to any or all the displays. Power and network will be needed at each display location. The equipment will be mounted in a vendor supplied equipment rack in a nearby room.
