Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from contractors to provide a bike rack and shelter for the DSJ Borough building. A. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, shipping, and incidentals required to complete the Work. B. The contractor is responsible for verifying the existing conditions. C. The contractor is responsible for proper removal and disposal of all waste, debris and excess materials. D. The DSJ dumpster are not to be used. E. The contractor is responsible to confirm the plan review and permit requirements from the City of Palmer. F. The work has been permitted by the City of Palmer. Verify with the City of Palmer for the shelter and installation requirements, which may include inspections. The project work area shall be free of all equipment, debris, containers, and packaging at the end of each work day.
