Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to provide and install annual planting materials in twenty-four (24) Town-provided hanging baskets (16”). Planters shall be filled with potting soil, water retention material, fertilizer and flowers. Flowers to include Sophie geraniums, white million bells, yellow million bells, and trailing ivy. The Town will deliver (and pick up) the baskets to (from) the vendor. The materials must consist of drought tolerant full sun annuals with wetting agent. The vendor shall provide biodegradable inserts for the plantings to go in. The vendor shall be prepared to show the various selection of planting materials to a representative of the Galilee Advisory Committee (GAC), prior to selection of the awarded vendor. Final approval of the selection of materials must be done by a GAC representative prior to installation.
