Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Offeror shall: A. Conduct outreach activities to income-eligible homeowners. B. Collect and verify household income information to determine program eligibility. C. Identify and inspect homes for repair (as a result of outreach activities and City of Gaithersburg efforts). D. Meet and engage with homeowners to determine the scope of rehabilitation work. E. Identify new and existing qualified contractors to perform the work. F. Supervise and oversee the work of the qualified contractor(s). G. Conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure successful completion of the work; the applicant will also communicate and engage with the homeowner as needed during this process. H. Communicate as needed with City of Gaithersburg officials as needed (Housing and Community Development, Neighborhood Services, and Code Enforcement/Inspections staff. I. Submit documentation to the City as the homes are repaired, inspected and completed (repair work done to homeowner satisfaction. J. Submit an end-of-year report on the Program’s achievements, including customer satisfaction surveys or other way of obtaining customer feedback.
