Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College intends to contract for assisting JCCC’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education department in preparing strategic plans to deliver workforce training for greater Kansas City metropolitan area international manufacturing organizations. A. Identify training requirements with greater Kansas City metropolitan area international manufacturing organizations. B. Facilitate Workforce Training Consortium (WTC) meetings of the greater Kansas City metropolitan area higher education institutions. 1. Facilitate monthly meetings of WTC leadership team. 2. Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings of WTC working team. 3. Oversee progress of Workstream teams. C. Develop written strategic project plans for serving international manufacturers, based on input from consortium participants and external research: 1. Identify resources for workforce development network. 2. Develop WTC communication protocols. 3. Establish preliminary KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and targets. 4. Assess target population skills gaps.
