Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Iowa (hereafter, The University/University) located in Iowa City, Iowa, desires to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide to provide onsite Sushi preparation services at two locations on the University campus; one at the Union Station in the Iowa Memorial Union and one in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Compass Express. Sushi will be purchased by patrons utilizing the point of sale systems in place and owned by the University. The Supplier will be responsible for forecasting the amount and types of sushi prepared at each location and for distribution. The University will provide utilities and reasonable storage for the services, if necessary, and would expect the Supplier to keep the areas clean and clutter free.
