Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County (“County”) is requesting proposals for the operation and administration of a prescription drug savings program for County employees that sources brand-name maintenance medications through government-licensed pharmacies in “tier-one” countries at a significant savings. The prescription drug savings program will be voluntary for County employees and their dependents. A 90-day supply of the prescription medication will be shipped from a physical pharmacy in a tier-one country to the County employee’s home at no cost to the employee. Ada County government serves the local community and has approximately 2,044 employees. • Brand-name maintenance medications sourced only through government-licensed “brick and mortar” pharmacies in tier-one English-speaking countries. • Proper handling and shipping of the prescription medication to the employee’s home at no cost to the employee. • Comprehensive and constantly updated list of available brand-name medications. • Qualified assistance to County employees and their dependents/household members who request or agree to participate in the Program services. • Professional, courteous, and timely responses to telephone, written, and in person inquiries and complaints. • Assistance when requested with respect to special inquiries from the County.
