Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Support Services (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for a Data Management System (DMS). This system will serve as a case management tool that connects statewide Refugee Support Service (RSS) providers. The integrated DMS will facilitate initial refugee enrollment for programs, such as Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA). It will house the Family Self-Sufficiency Plan (FSSP), which is conducted with all participants. The DMS will facilitate program referrals for eligible populations while tracking client and subcontractor outcomes. The system will track progress towards the goals of economic self-sufficiency and long-term integration by coordinating the services needed to comply with federal and state reporting requirements.
