Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Fire Department is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to repaint and pressure wash Fire Station 11 located at 5300 South University Ave., Little Rock, AR 72204. C. The vendor shall complete work only on business days, Monday-Friday, from 7:30am-5pm, excluding City holidays. D. The vendor shall paint specified areas thoroughly with precision and accuracy. E. The vendor shall conduct surface preparation as appropriate for the project, including but not limited to removing existing paint, cleaning the work area, and priming as necessary. G. The vendor shall use tape, drop cloth, and other materials as appropriate to prevent paint from reaching other areas. H. The vendor shall provide barriers, signage, and other materials as appropriate to prevent staff and members of the public from accessing the work area. I.
