Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Fire Department is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to repaint and pressure wash Fire Station 7 located at 4101 West Markham, Little Rock, AR 72205. The desired outcome of this QQ is to improve the appearance of Fire Station 7, to eliminate paint damage, to improve workplace, to meet regulations; C. The vendor shall complete work only on business days, Monday-Friday, from 7:30am-5pm, excluding City holidays. D. The vendor shall paint specified areas thoroughly with precision and accuracy. E. The vendor shall use high-quality, durable materials. F. The vendor shall conduct surface preparation as appropriate for the project, including but not limited to removing existing paint, cleaning the work area, and priming as necessary. G. The vendor shall use tape, drop cloth, and other materials as appropriate to prevent paint from reaching other areas. H. The vendor shall provide barriers, signage, and other materials as appropriate to prevent staff and members of the public from accessing the work area. I.
