This project is outlined in further detail in section four (4) of this document. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire offers from various contractors, conduct a fair evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the respondent who best provides the County with the desired product and service. Merrimack County is a governmental entity that operates under the discretion of elected officials that manage County finances. Selected proposal will be subject to approval of the Merrimack County Board of Commissioners.
