Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 1 Quarterly Clean out of one (1) septic trap at Sandia building, pump out approximately forty (40) gallon capacity to be completed quarterly $ 2 1 Monthly Clean out of one (1) septic trap at each building, pump out one (1) septic tank of approximately forty (40) gallon capacity to be completed monthly for Forensic Building & El Camino Building $ 3 1 Weekly Clean out of one (1) septic trap at Meadows building, pump out approximately forty (40) gallon capacity to be completed weekly $ 4 1 SemiAnnually Clean out of one (1) septic trap at House 321 semi-annually $ 5 2 EA – Each Clean out of two porta-potties at Farm location, and perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, resupplying, and maintenance of each porta-potty unit as needed $ 6 1 Hourly Emergency Calls (after 5:00 pm including weekends and holidays) $
