Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, schedule and cost estimating, preliminary design, design development, contract documents, and construction and demolition administration. The firm may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants contracted by the Owner. The Department seeks to demolish an existing 6,800 sq. ft. 2-story cattle barn and replace it with a new building to house the facility’s cows and other animals. The ultimate goal is to create an efficient and effective space that significantly enhances the facility's ability to support the animal rehabilitation program, contributing to its long-term success and positive impact on the community.
