Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Develops and maintains strong relationships with historically marginalized students and families. ● Assists students to enroll in school, including after school activities. ● In collaboration with the district McKinney-Vento liaison and school registrar, identifies students who qualify for McKinney-Vento and completes the McKinney-Vento program intake, including transportation arrangements. ● Assesses families’ needs and identifies areas for support related to educational opportunities and basic needs. Works independently, and in collaboration with the district McKinney-Vento liaison and school staff, to help families access support to meet those needs. ● Maintains a caseload of families and provides on-going, direct support to these families
