Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Des Moines is requesting statements of qualifications for firms interested in providing design and rightof-way (ROW) services for the North Hill Elementary Walkway Improvements – South 200th Street – 8th Ave S to 10th Pl S. The North Hill Elementary Walkway Improvement Project is located primarily on South 200th Street between 8th Ave South and 10th Pl South. The project will construct curb, gutter, sidewalks and bike lanes on both sides of South 200th Street from 8th Ave South to 10th Pl S matching existing improvements that continue to the east. The ideal firm would be able to provide design and right of way services including, but not limit to: • Project Management/Coordination/Administration • Survey and Base Mapping • Agency Coordination • Technical Reports • Final Design • Utility Coordination • Public Outreach • Preparation of Bid Documents • Right of Way Assistance with condemnation proceedings • Appraisals and negotiations
