Specifications include, but are not limited to: • San Ildefonso Road/Barranca Road: Roadway infrastructure improvements to include removal of existing asphalt surfaces (1 in depth) and installation of new asphalt surface (1 ½ in thick). Construction limits are from the construction joint on San Ildefonso Road just north of the roundabout to Barranca Road, ending at the intersection of Barranca Road and Navajo Road with a typical width of 32.5 feet. (Roadway Resurfacing: Approx; 9,000 feet). • Note: The subgrade and basecourse in a 285 feet section of Barranca Road has been performed by Los Alamos County. This area will require a 3” lift of asphalt surface to be placed and shall be installed continuously with the 1 1/2in overlay, without joints. (Roadway Resurfacing: Approx; 6,280 feet) • Note: Los Alamos County will place the pavement markings.
