Specifications include, but are not limited to: 34th Street • The Contractor shall restore and sod all disturbed areas. Every effort shall be made by the Contractor to restore disturbed areas as soon as possible. All restoration work is considered subsidiary to the bid item “(Sod) (Bermuda, 34th Street)”. 29th Street • The Contractor shall restore and sod all disturbed areas. Every effort shall be made by the Contractor to restore disturbed areas as soon as possible. All restoration work is considered subsidiary to the bid item “(Sod) (Fescue, 29th Street)”. This work will be required to be completed immediately after the sidewalk for 29th Street has been completed. All work should be performed in such a manner so as to protect shrubs, trees and sod not scheduled to be removed. The contractor shall minimize ingress/egress points and protect grass areas at Stryker by use of plywood or other means to keep impact to established grass as small as possible. The Contractor shall work with property owners to ensure that cleanup and restoration work is performed to the reasonable satisfaction of the property owner.
