These documents are critical to addressing the current and futurepublic transportation needs of the community. The following pages describe the two discrete, but overlapping, efforts,which are intended to be two separate deliverables. The purpose of combining them under a single contract is to takeadvantage of consolidated project management teams, community meetings, surveys, project website and other efforts asdeemed appropriate by FAST Planning and the selected Contractor.
