Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeing bids for indefinite requirements contract for as-needed basis on interior cleaning services at various AHFC Public Housing Properties in Fairbanks, Alaska; • The Contractor shall be responsible for all tools, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the cleaning services; • Pre-cleaning of the vacated units to include, but not limited to: • Appliances, cabinets/countertops, sinks, walls, ceilings, floors, floor trim/cove base, windows, blinds, stairs, toilets, tubs/showers, light fixtures, outlets/switch covers, etc. Hard floors to be swept and mopped, with any carpet to be vacuumed and cleaned; • Buffing of vinyl flooring; • Cleaning hours shall be Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm. Days and hours outside of the cleaning hours must be requested to the Contract Administrator for approval. • The Contractor shall minimize the inconvenience to the surrounding residents by completing the job in the timeliest manner possible. • Should a unit require deep cleaning above the base unit rate, contractor and contract administrator will agree to add the additional hourly deep clean rate to the base unit rate prior to any work in the unit.
