Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A minimum of four (4) meetings with DEC staff and other involved parties including:•Project kickoff meeting – Meeting at Silver Lake Dam with DEC staff and other involved parties to discuss the dam historyand goals of the project.•Status meeting 1 – Meeting at National Life Building in Montpelier, VT or via video conference call with DEC staff and otherinvolved parties to discuss findings of the comprehensive file review, site/topographic survey, dam inspection, H&Hanalyses, and stability assessments. Collaborate on probable failure mode analysis and screening level risk assessment.•Status meeting 2 – Meeting at National Life building in Montpelier, VT or via video conference call to discuss results todate and solicit feedback on the conceptual rehabilitation alternatives from DEC staff and other involved parties.•Status meeting 3 – Meeting at National Life building in Montpelier, VT or via video conference call with DEC staff and other involved parties to go over the draft work product. The draft report shall be submitted in advance of the meeting so that theDSP and other involved parties may have a chance to review it and provide feedback for discussion during the meeting. It is anticipated that after this meeting, the selected consultant will make final edits, address comments, and issue a final report.
