Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Offeror(s) shall work with County staff to coordinate all aspects of the economic development strategies related to the film industry. The services provided shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Maintain a film liaison to become sanctioned as a State Film Liaison for Doña Ana County focused on development and promotion of Doña Ana County for film, television, and digital media production. 2. Process, approve, and manage all film permitting on behalf of Doña Ana County and include information on Offeror’s website. 3. Create, maintain, and grow locations, crew, and vendor databases. 4. Actively market Doña Ana County as a destination for the film and entertainment arts industry as outlined in the marketing plan. 5. Collaborate with the New Mexico Film Office, regional academic institutions, professional film workforce development organizations, and the community to develop and sustain a trained film and entertainment arts workforce. 6. Collaborate with private industry film and production companies towards increasing film production in Doña Ana County.
