All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required Routine Tasks Each Day of Service • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures • Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms and kitchen area, especially sinks, toilets, urinals and showers, as well as the walls and floors around sink, toilet and urinal areas (Cleaning Rest Rooms Specification, Custodial Services General Specifications). Clean mirrors, wipe and sanitize handrails, refill soap, toilet paper, paper towels leaving an supplies in the restroom, urinal tablets, ect. • Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets. • Collect and remove recyclables from facility. • Vacuum carpets, including entry mats: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary. • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including bookshelves and all accessible horizontal surfaces. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors including all chair mats and entry ways. • After sweeping damp mop all non-carpeted floors including all chair mats and entry ways. • Wash ALL of the following: glass doors (both sides), entry way glass (both sides) interior windows and glass walls. • Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners. • Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors. As Needed / As requested • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator or their designee. Periodic Tasks All periodic tasks must be performed in the scheduled months. The Contractor will only be able to charge for the services after the tasks have been successfully performed. Annually – June • Clean high traffic carpet areas using professional cleaning equipment with a minimum temperature of 140 degrees F, follow processes/guidelines and use manufacturer’s recommended products. NOTE: Bonnet cleaning is not permitted. • Strip, seal, and refinish tile floor areas, cleaning baseboards afterwards. • Vacuum and clean systems furniture panels/partitions. • Clean and wash interior walls.
