Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure a qualified vendor to provide a bus bench maintenance and advertising program for the City of Omaha (City). The City owns the existing inventory of bus benches located throughout the metro area and will retain the option to continue to use those benches under any proposal awarded, or to allow selected vendor to remove and install new benches, based on their proposal. Regardless of the ownership of the current benches from the resulting RFP award, the selected vendor shall provide removal and relocation of existing benches (if applicable); installation of new benches (if applicable); ongoing maintenance of bus benches (repair and replacement of damaged benches); and the option to advertise on such benches, within the City’s Advertising Ordinance and Advertising Program Guidelines.
