Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1.1 During the design phase, before drawings and specifications are finalized, review and provide comments about the drawings and specifications related to systems balancing. 2.3.1.2 During construction, review and provide comments about equipment/system submittals such as for control diagrams, air handling devices, etc., related to systems commissioning and systems balancing. 2.3.1.3 Provide skilled technicians to execute equipment start-up and execute functional performance tests. 2.3.1.4 Provide skilled technicians to perform function all performance testing and correct deficiencies (differences between specified and observed performance) as interpreted by the Owner and Owner's consultants and retest the equipment as necessary. 2.3.1.5 Variable air volume systems shall be balanced in accordance with Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) 2002 Standard, Sixth Edition or most current edition, or other applicable standards as directed by Owner.
