Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Describe the purpose of the marketing communications what they expected to convey. a. Fort Hays State University Marketing Department is needing update marketing content developed for the website and the inbound marketing tactics. b. This project will consist of these elements i. Academic Department Research and content gathering 1. Utilizing a template, created by University Marketing, to guide the research into each academic department and the variety of programs they offer. a. FHSU currently has 32 departments, but by the fall of 2023, this number will be reduced to 26 departments. The new department structure will be how we focus this research. b. About each program of study, including: bachelor’s degrees, graduate degrees (master’s, Ed.D., Ed.S., DNP), associates degrees, minors, and certificates. iii. Cutting-edge technology and facilities or experiential learning opportunities. 2. Review our admissions, application, financial aid, scholarship, and tuition pages. Work with the departments of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, FHSU Online, International Student Services, The Graduate School to update information. a. Utilizing this research, recommend a plan for updating and consolidating this information so that we can maintain accuracy and make it easier for the user to find the information.
