Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installation of sanitary and storm sewer to improve and separate existing West Hill combined sewer system. Work will be constructed under a single unit price Contract. The work is divided into multiple stages to be completed over two years 2023 and 2024, according to the Contract Times defined in the Contract. Work includes water main and electric improvements in the Phase 6A and 6B project area. Phase 6A and 6B work includes general construction of approximately 3,350’ of new 8” sanitary sewer on East Ninth Street, East 10th Street, Sycamore Street, and Fulliam Avenue. In addition, it includes the continuation of the new West Side Interceptor with approximately 2,520’ of 18” and 24” sanitary sewer. Approximately 1,900’ of new storm sewer, inlet piping and inlets are included. Approximately 900’ of trenchless construction is included. Water main replacement includes approximately 1,750’ of new 6”, 8”, and 10” main and installation of electrical conduit for future overhead to underground electrical conversion.
