Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Customized e-mail/RMS application for the State of Alaska participants 2. This SmartRMS Software as a Service (SaaS) application provides the following: a) Participant cost pool configuration, configurable by the division administrators online. b) Programs, activities, and detailed descriptions of each configured in Excel, which can be maintained online by the administrators. c) Cost pools and program Excel sheets are loaded to the RMS service via web browser. d) SmartRMS services generates a random schedule according to your specified dates, work schedules, desired number of samples, validation rates and location level calendars. e) When the SmartRMS schedule is active, alerts are sent to participants via e-mail. f) Sampled individuals click on e-mail link to access the data collection web site and record their activities.
