All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Road Design, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), Subsurface Utility Engineering, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations.
