The selected firm shall provide design and plan development services necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm shall provide the following services as needed: Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Roadway Design, Pavement Design, Hydraulics, Permit Applications, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Other services may be needed, such as Archaeological Investigation.
