Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hot Springs Fire Department changed the logo for the department in 2017. With the change, there are several apparatuses which need the old/logo graphics removed and the new logo/graphics applied. Some vehicles will only need new logos/graphics applied. Apparatus will vary from pickup trucks, fire engines, and utility terrain vehicles (UTV). An image for the Hot Springs Fire Department is attached; however, photos of the apparatus will not be provided due to the complexity of each vehicle. During the pre-bid meeting we will discuss every apparatus that will need new logo or graphic. The bid shall reflect the price of each apparatus discussed in the pre-bid meeting and a cumulative cost of all prices for each apparatus shall be totaled at the end. The Hot Springs Fire Department reserves the right to choose which apparatus will have the new logo or graphics installed. The successful responder must meet or exceed the listed specifications. The successful responder shall have an in-house graphics layout and production equipment. Responder shall have a fenced and secure facility for overnight storage of vehicles within 15 mi of Hot Springs City limits. Also having the capacity to complete a vehicle’s graphics within 36 hrs of delivery.
