Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: 1. Work in collaboration with FSD and its 12 district offices to coordinate screening for substance misuse, address barriers to treatment/services, and make referrals as appropriate to support treatment for substance misuse statewide of individuals/families that have been designated in need of investigation or assessment as identified by the referring FSD district supervisor or director. 2. Ensure staff provide services under this agreement co-located in each FSD district office. Contractor staff shall receive a shared workspace and login credentials to access intake referrals directly from their employer-issued laptop computers through FSD's management information system, currently known as FSD.net. Intake referrals may be referring individuals for assessment or investigation services. 3. Screen referred individuals for substance misuse using an evidence-based screening instrument and interview upon the initial visit by the assigned Case Manager. Assessment referrals may be conducted virtually or remotely; investigation referrals shall be conducted in person. 4. Ensure Case Managers complete the initial screening within 72 hours of receiving the intake referral in FSD.net.
