Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install silt fence or silt sock perimeter control down-gradient of proposed construction disturbance. Install temporary storm water controls: diversion berms, depressed plunge pools, etc. as required. Grub shoulder vegetation to minimum limits possible to complete construction activities. Remove existing guardrail, sawcut pavement and remove to limits required (reclaiming optional). Excavate existing gravel to proper elevation (to align top of slab with proposed grade). Install formwork, reinforcement, pour one-way concrete slab and, when cured, remove forms. Reconstruct gravel approaches, compact and fine grade approaches to proposed grades and pave 2 ½” base with 1 ½” wearing course. Install roadway guardrail with triple-nesting over existing culvert area. Install shoulder gravel, and areas of disturbance not permanently stabilized with concrete, pavement or gravel shall be topsoiled with loam, seed and mulch. When permanent erosion control measures are installed or established and the site is fully stabilized, temporary erosion control measures shall be removed along with all sediment that has been trapped by these devices. - Removal of Guardrail (Old Bridge & Appr.
