Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide professionally facilitated nurse connect groups weekly for up to 250 nurses. (additional funding for over 250) - Offer a variety of groups weekly for 60 minutes per group. - Limited to no more than 12 nurses per group. - Groups arranged by specific nursing cohorts: Early Career Nurses are defined as not having less than four (4) years of experience in nursing. Nurses with than four (4) years of experience in nursing. - Be enriching, upbeat, safe, and confidential. - Provide and enforce clear virtual participation guidelines. and expectations based on best practices. - Use various group strategies and content delivery methods to keep groups engaging and enriching. Distribute educational content on nursing issues, psychological well-being, and communication and life skills. Host an online, secure, closed community platform for nurses to engage with peers, receive content and affirmations, and interact with Birchwood Nurse Advisors and Group Leaders.
