Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Mental Health has selected the CANS and ANSA as the standardized tools for functional status. These tools are used to prioritize interventions, direct treatment planning, and inform decision making at the direct service level. The aggregate data from these standardized tools helps to guide policy, measure outcomes, and inform planning at the systems level. The CANS and ANSA are multiple purpose, communimetric, integration tools that are designed to be the output of an assessment process. This RFP seeks to find a qualified vendor who can support CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) and ANSA (Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment) training and technical assistance to be provided in Vermont.
