Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WVSOS is requesting TGS to provide a team of subject matter experts with data conversion/data migration expertise, technical architects, and engagement leads to support this SOW. This SOW is expected in fixed capacity mode whereby TGS provides fixed support capacity (number of resources), and WVSOS determines specific tasks and deliverables that can be supported with the available capacity. WVSOS seeks TGS to perform the following services: Execute ad hoc reports and data statistics including but not limited to: Data for the federal Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS) Comprehensive Report following the 2022 General Election; Voters without signatures reports; Voter registration list maintenance audit data; Voter history tables Produce daily absentee data and early voting reports beginning no later than October 9, 2022; Produces poll books for counties in the requested format meeting county criteria (e.g. poll books separated by municipal ward; Produce back-up files for physical and electronic poll books Assist with technical diagnostics for discovered issues and inefficiencies; and Provide potential solutions for discovered issues and inefficiencies in a timely manner. TGS Technology, LLC (TGS) is a technology company that provides consulting services to clients for, in part, networks of connected physical devices or objects that have the ability to collect and transfer data over a network without any manual interference by covering sensors, gateways, cloud, connectivity, user experience and analytics that enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance and other operation costs. Critically, TGS employs two (2) persons, namely Keval Patel and Sachin Shetty, who were previously employed by the WVSOS contractor for the SVRS, now-Civix and formerly known as PCC Technologies, Inc., which system was initially developed, programmed, managed, and maintained directly by said TGS employees, and which system is currently undergoing the aforementioned major upgrade that must be substantially complete and functional for use in the municipal and future statewide elections.
