Specifications include, but are not limited to: UMC is inviting experienced physician groups to participate and submit their qualifications in the specialty of adult urology to support UMC’s medical services in the community. Physician groups responding to this RFQ must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Nevada and willing to accept current competitive pay at fair market value information. The amount agreed to should include a comparison of salaries for on-call coverage for the western region, public hospital and/or teaching hospital setting that is comparable to UMC’s demographic. On-call coverage is defined as 24/7 consultative, emergency and on-call urology services provided to Hospital’s inpatients and outpatients, as well as Emergency Department and Trauma Department patients. In addition, the physician group must have a transplant urologist, fellowship trained in oncologic urology
