Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of Southern Nevada, herein after referred to as CSN, is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide marketing and community outreach services. The selected company shall assist the CSN Office of Marketing and Communications and coordinate with other contracted marketing & public relations agencies in the development and implementation of a marketing and community outreach plan consisting of tactical analysis, advertising strategies, campaigns, promotional services, public relations and community outreach with the specific directive of increasing enrollment-focused engagement within the Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities of Nevada. These services are expected to increase CSN’s visibility to BIPOC Communities throughout Nevada including non-traditional students (adult learners, post GED, workforce reentry), unhoused, foster, LGBTQIA+ and English as Second groups. The institutional goals include the following: Developing and implementing marketing and community outreach strategies to increase program enrollment specifically in Nevada’s BIPOC Communities. Increasing brand awareness among BIPOC community influencers while building and strengthening relationships with local workforce, government, and community partners. Supporting efforts to increase access and success to BIPOC students at CSN and identifying and creating plans to leverage outreach and partnership opportunities.
