Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of Southern Nevada, herein after referred to as CSN, is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide marketing services. The selected company shall assist the Office of Marketing and Communications and the Division of Workforce & Economic Development (DWED) and coordinate with other contracted marketing & public relations agencies in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies, campaigns, promotional services and community outreach for workforce programs at the college. These services are expected to increase DWED’s visibility in Southern Nevada and specifically target non-traditional students (adult learners, post GED, workforce reentry) and relevant subgroups including Latinx, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), Asian, LGBTQIA+ as well as other English as a second language groups. The institutional goals include the following: Developing and implementing marketing and community outreach strategies to increase program enrollment. Increasing brand awareness among community influencers & build and strengthen relationships with local workforce, government, and community partners. Supporting efforts to increase access and student success. Identify and create plans to leverage outreach and partnership opportunities.
