Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase to participate in coordination with American Healthways Services, LLC for the electronic reporting of data elements. State will offer the Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program with American Healthways Services, LLC providing training to State staff along with the required equipment necessary for State to offer the fitness classes. State will allow American Healthways Services, LLC to evaluate the Collette Fitness Center located on State’s campus to certify the facility has the ability to offer the fitness classes. State will provide staffing a minimum of six (6) hours per day, Monday through Friday, and State will support American Healthways Services, LLC’s enrollment process providing monthly reports as requested, which will allow State’s facility to receive program participant compensation. Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program is a mature market, fully subsidized program, that would be offered through the Collette Fitness Center on State’s campus. Members participating would be older adults, Medicare eligible individuals, and other group retirees.
