Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. Toro Z Master Model 72960 zero degree turn mower, or equal Mower must have a minimum twenty-four (24) horsepower motor. Fuel Capacity –Must have a minimum seven (7) gallon capacity. Clutch – Electromagnetic Driver Tires – must be a minimum twenty-three (24) inches by ten and a half (10.5) inches in size. Caster Tires - Must be a minimum of thirteen (13) inches by six and a half (6 ½) inches in size. Caster tires must be flat-free semi pneumatic tires, or equal. Speed – Must be variable speed and have a maximum forward speed of at least (9) miles per hour. Deck Size – Must have a deck size of sixty (60) inches. Cut height – Must have an adjustable cut height. Must have a deck lift assist foot pedal. Must have a minimum of two (2) anti-scalp rollers. Must have heat-treated cutting blades. Cutting blades must have a minimum eighteen thousand (18,000) feet per minute tip speed. Mower Drive Belt - V-Belt drive system. Must have electric start. Must have an hour meter. Must have a hydraulic drive system. Operator Seat – Must have a deluxe suspension seat with flip up arm rests. Steering control – Must be fully adjustable and dampened. Bumper – Must have a bullnose bumper. Discharge – Must have an adjustable discharge baffle with a rubber discharge chute. Spindle housings – Must be a minimum seven (7) inches in diameter, made out of cast aluminum. Spindle Bearings – Must have maintenance free bearings. Spindle shaft – Must have a minimum of one (1) inch heavy duty spindle shafts. Mulch Kit – Mower must come with a sixty (60) inch mulch kit.
