Specifications include, but are not limited to: Resurfacing 9th Street (Iowa St. to Illinois St.), Inverness Drive (W. 27th St. to Clinton Pkwy.) and W. 24th Place (Inverness Dr. to Crossgate Dr.). Work also includes pavement reconstruction at the Inverness Drive/W. 24th Place roundabout and the Crossgate Drive/W. 24th Place roundabout as well as waterline replacement on Inverness Drive (W. 24th Pl. to Clinton Pkwy.). The Project includes, but is not limited to the following approximate quantities of Work: 37,097 S.Y. of Milling, 5,194 Tons of Asphalt Surface Course (2”), 7,316 L.F. of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 2,040 S.Y. of Concrete Pavement (8”, NRDJ, 5k)(AE), 775 S.Y. of Concrete Sidewalk (4”), 628 S.Y. of Concrete Sidewalk (6”)(Fiber-Reinf.), 4 Curb Inlets, 564 L.F. of 12” Waterline (PVC)(C900) and 16,453 L.F. of Pavement Marking (various widths and colors).
