The aircraft must include open-source architecture. d. Each aircraft must include 4 spare battery sets. e. Each aircraft must include a dual battery charger. f. The aircraft must have RID incorporation included. g. Each aircraft must include a transportation case. B. Item 2 - Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) optical gas imaging payload for unmanned aerial systems Quantity: 1 1. The device must be Teledyne FLIR GIS-320 or equivalent, approved by the AOGC. a. The device must provide 320 x 240-pixel InfraRed Radiation (IR) resolution. b. The device must be < 15mK temperature sensitivity. c. The device must provide FLIR detector spectral range between 3.2 – 3.4µm. d. The device must be capable to visualize 200+ gases including Methane. e.
