Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Jacinto is soliciting bids for the remodel and expansion of the City Corporate Yard Offices. The existing approximately 4,000 square foot steel building is partially developed with administrative offices and a warehouse. The project includes the demolition of the warehouse partition and construction of new offices. All work will be within the existing steel building. Generally, the scope includes: 1. Demolition of existing 500+- square foot office space. 2. Partial Demolition (interior walls) of existing restrooms and locker room). 3. Construction of approximately 1,680 square foot conditioned office space. 4. Construction of new kitchen within former locker room. 5. Construction of 3 new restrooms (demolition of 2 and replace with 3). 6. Electrical rewire for majority of the 4,000 square foot building including relocation of the electrical panel and new subpanel. 7. New flooring (LVP) throughout. 8. New paint throughout 9. New lighting throughout. 10. Data conduit (data pull by others) Not included in scope: 1. Furniture (by others) 2. Lockers and benches (by others) 3. Ice Machine (relocation of existing ice maker included in scope) 4. TV (electrical included in scope) 5. Server room hardware (electrical and data conduit included in scope)
