Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of the installation of new fiber optic cable in existing conduit along with three1-1/4 inch inner duct, terminations, patch panels, jumper cables, splice boxes and testing and documentation. Locations will be defined by individual Task Orders. Final connections will be performed by LVVWD personnel. The work will provide the necessary infrastructure to allow new pump station/reservoirs to be connected to the existing fiber network. Work will also include necessary repairs to existing communication infrastructure. The Contractor will be issued individual Task Orders which will describe the specific location of the work by address/cross streets, a description of the work to be performed, and estimated quantities associated with the Work. The Work expressly includes Contractor’s obtaining final inspections and acceptance by agencies having jurisdiction.
