Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will remove the existing 376 seats in the auditorium and replace with new ADA compliant seats. Vendor will use the current auditorium layout to provide the most seats possible with ADA compliant seat sizes and spacing. Vendor will be responsible for all equipment required to remove the existing seating, patch flooring holes, and any other repairs needed before install. Vendor will be responsible for the complete removal and placement of old seating on campus per the school’s specifications. Vendor to deliver and install new ADA compliant seating to fit the current auditorium layout. Vendor to verify the seating and layout meets or exceeds ADA compliance including, but not limited to, applicable wheelchair placards, spacing, etc. Vendor will provide industry standard sightlines, angles, and seat heights, with also taking in consideration the current floor slope when placing new seating in auditorium.
